What is a Leaf Guard?
There are many different styles and types of leaf guards available on the market, such as aluminum screw down, micro mesh, and DIY wire guards. The purpose of a leaf guard is to prevent the clogging of leaves in a gutter. Leaf guards do not make gutters maintenance free, as periodic inspections are necessary, however, guards do reduce the frequency in which inspections need to occur. Rainwater Gutters offers two types of guards: Leaf Blaster Pro and Bulldog.
Gutter Guard and Protection

Leaf Blaster Pro
Leaf Blaster Pro is a stainless steel, micromesh, high-flow leaf guard that helps prevent pine needles, shingle grit, and other foreign debris from clogging your gutters! This guard works with any style of roof and requires very little maintenance compared to other guards.
Bulldog Leaf Guard
Aluminum leaf guard that screws in place. A unique design that allows water to flow through leaving debris on top to dry and blow away. This guard may require a little maintenance every once in a while, but is an economical alternative to Leaf Blaster Pro, that still renders very good results.
